How long does provisioning take?

Most workspaces are live within a couple of minutes. After you finish signup we spin up your isolated database, activate your industry pack, and email your login link the moment it is ready.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect immediately and your next monthly invoice is prorated automatically — no migration or downtime.

Do I need a card to start?

No card is required to create a workspace and explore the product. You only add billing details when you are ready to keep using a paid plan beyond the trial.

Can I use a custom domain?

Every workspace ships with a free subdomain. On the Growth and Scale plans you can connect your own custom domain — we handle the DNS verification and provision an SSL certificate for you.
